Potrivit articolului 9 alin. 1 din Ordonanța Guvernului nr. 34 din 12 iunie 2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor în cadrul contractelor încheiate cu profesioniștii, aveți dreptul de a vă retrage din contractele încheiate la distanță, în termen de 14 zile de la data la care intrați dumneavoastră sau o parte terță, alta decât transportatorul, indicată de dumneavoastră, în posesia fizică a produselor / a ultimului produs.
Clientul suportă contravaloarea returului operat de Velvet New Generation SRL prin intermediul curierului rapid ales de comun acord. Pentru colete ce depășesc 50 KG costul returului este aproximativ *200 RON, pentru cele între 20 KG – 49 KG costul returului este aproximativ *100 RON, iar pentru colete de până la 20 KG costul returului este aproximativ 50 RON.*Greutatea se calculează în greutate volumetrică. De aceea, costurile sunt aproximative. Formula de calcul a unui colet volumetric este următoarea (LxlxH)/6000 (dimensiunile se trec în cm).
Produsele returnate trebuie să fie ambalate corespunzător, fără defecte induse sau lovituri, zgârieturi etc. din perioada de utilizare (excepție făcând defectele, zgârieturile reclamate la primirea coletului și anunțate imediat după primire), cu toate accesoriile, manualele și ambalajul original. Pentru produsele ce nu respectă cele menționate, returul poate fi refuzat sau valoarea returnată poate fi diminuată conform legii.
Politica de retur se aplică doar persoanelor fizice. Produsele comandate de persoanele juridice (societăți) nu pot fi returnate.

Mounting methods – Choose the right option for your space:
1. Mounting with adhesive (permanent fixation)
The fastest and most aesthetic option for a clean and durable installation.
Recommended adhesives:
Soudal Fix All, Moment One For All, Bison Poly Max
Compatible surfaces:
painted walls, concrete, masonry, wood, plasterboard, chipboard
✅ Advantages: solid fixation, impeccable aesthetics
⚠️ Disadvantages: difficult to remove without damage
Quick instructions: apply the adhesive in lines or dots, leave space for ventilation, and press the panel firmly onto the wall.
2. Mounting with screws and wall plugs (mechanical fixation)
Ideal solution for extremely secure attachment, especially in commercial spaces or on difficult surfaces.
Mounting suggestions:
4–6 screws/panel – positioned in the upper and lower areas for an aesthetic look.
Avoid the central area to maintain a clean look.
✅ Advantages: very secure fixation, easy installation with decorative caps
⚠️ Disadvantages: requires drilling
Tip: mount into the felt layer to use black screws, which are easy to hide. Avoid mounting into the MDF unless you have color-matched screws.
3. Mounting with self-adhesive strips or Velcro (temporary fixation)
Ideal for temporary projects, rented spaces, or mounting without damage.
